Facilitation by design
Designers are particularly adept facilitators and workshop hosts. We’re able to play out scenarios without attachment to a particular direction, prototype ideas without fondness for a particular outcome, and we learn by experimenting and iterating. It just keeps getting better!
I’ve facilitated over 65 workshops, domestically and internationally, from startups to in-house teams, for a few hours to a whole week, for groups between 3 and 50 participants – and co-taught a course on how to facilitate.
Current workshop offerings:
Giving, Receiving, and Integrating Effective Feedback
Design Operations 101
Design Operations Masterclass
Storytelling & Presentations
