Design is both the process and the product of empathy, purpose, function, form, delight — and a great story. With positivity, passion, patience, and wit, I lead teams and collaborate with clients to successfully build experiences that enhance lives.

Professional experience

Sequoia Design Lab, Design Consultant, Menlo Park, CA, June 2018–present

Twitter, Design Operations, San Francisco, CA, August 2016–June 2018
As Twitter’s first Design Producer in Product, my role is strategic, cultural, and situational; I cross-functionally bridge the Product Design, Product Management, Marketing, and Brand teams. I manage, produce, facilitate, and document weekly design critiques for 60 product designers around the globe. I helped launch, name, and brand our product design system, Horizon, and set up ongoing education to socialize it and measure its effectiveness. Working directly with leadership in Design & Research, I’m re-establishing a design education program, augmenting and socializing our design process, co-authoring a project leaderboard, organizing a library of case studies, facilitating marketing & promotions, producing our blog, and ushering in a new set of design principles for the global team.
